Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS. This normally takes 2-3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on the shipping method selected. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times. If your package goes missing, contact us at hello@broadstreetsurf.com.
Please allow order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim with them. Your item is insured up to $100.
Return & Exchange Policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES may be returned within 14 days for either exchange or store credit. ONLINE PURCHASES may be returned within 14 days for refund, exchange or store credit. Exchanges for online orders will not be shipped until item being exchanged is returned to us in person or via mail.
Return items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Physical or electronic receipts are required for in-store returns.
Hard goods such as surfboards, boogie boards; underwear, SALE ITEMS and women's swimwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
